Federal skilled trades program is one of the three programs which is managed by the Express Entry System. The CIO has been accepting applications for this program since January, 2013. It is a quota based and limited applications program (3000 per year).
The program requires candidates to fulfill the following criteria to apply-
1. You have to have a full time job offer from one or two Canadian Employer.
2. Meet the requirements of the job you are applying for
3. Language proficiency
4. Have at least two years of job experience within the five years prior to application
