The government of Canada has implemented a caregiver immigration program. Under this program a person gets the privilege to migrate to Canada and become either permanent or temporary resident as a caregiver. As of June 18, 2019, candidates can apply for permanent residence through the Home Child Care Provider Pilot or Home Support Worker Pilot.

2. You have to have a job offer to work in one of the selected occupations.
